當濃縮或脫水廢水處理污泥時，會產生所謂的濃縮水。 這種水的氨氮含量特別高。 濃縮水不會被排出，而是重新進入系統的廢水迴路或直接分解為元素氮（脫氨）。 在這種情況下，確定NH4的濃度對於優化製程運行非常重要。 現在可以通過 VARiON®Plus 700 IQ 直接測定介質中、濃縮水和工業用水中高達 2000 mg/l 的氨氮濃度！
