From Suntex's establishment until now, we continually persist in our philosophy of professionalism, quality, integrity, and enthusiasm. All members of Suntex unite as a strong force in striving for first-rate customer service. In the year 2000, we created stimulus for the development and compliance of International Organization for Standardization's quality system to ensure continuance of our outstanding service quality. On January 10, 2001, after a comprehensive fulfillment of requirements, Suntex has obtained the ISO 9001 certification from TÜV Management Service GmbH, Germany.

The certification body of TÜV Management Service GmbH certifies that Suntex Instruments Co., Ltd. has applied and established a quality system for “distribution of instruments & equipment, and production and R&D of meters, controllers, and colony counters.”

In the future, we will continue to assess and evaluate our management beliefs and make every effort to accomplish our quality management goals.
